How do I order from Vitamin Shelf.com? Just click the 'shopping cart' icon next to the product. A separate window will pop-up, with that product automatically added to a list. Repeat to add more products. To order more--change the "Quantity"--then click "Update Cart". After your order is complete, click "Proceed to Checkhout" etc. Any problems, please email us.
How do I contact Vitamin Shelf.com? Our contact email is at the bottom of every page. (Do not send questions to the Paypal email. That is for payments only.)
What is the shipping & handling charge? $5 for any size order for the contiguous USA. Free shipping for most orders over $200.
Do you ship to other countries? Yes. Just order normally. We will bill you promptly for additional shipping. If the cost is too high, you can cancel the order. Paypal will promptly refund your money.
Do you sell products not on the website? Yes, almost any natural health product. Email us with a list of the products you want. Please include the UPC ("bar code") number for each product.
What if Paypal does not work for me? Email us. Please tell us your phone number, shipping address and the reason you can not use Paypal. We'll work it out.
