i3: low-antioxidant synergists for cell health

1. The products listed here seem not especially known for cell health. However we believe them to be major "synergists" for obtaining the full value of cell health products.
2. These supplements are all relatively mild and (except for vitamin C) relatively low in antioxidants. So long as there are no allergic reactions, it is usually possible for most people to take moderate doses of as many as desired. However our determinations for "low antioxidant" may be arguable or not apply to some people.
3. If taking numerous dietary supplements, we suggest taking most of them only 4 days per week (except as advised by a health care professional). For example, perhaps take 1/3 of them Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu, another 1/3 Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat, and the remaining 1/3 Fri-Sat-Mon-Tue.
4. There are of course exceptions. Perhaps for most people Colon Green ("a salad in a capsule") might best be taken daily.
